The Parish Pastoral Council (PPC) is a collaborative ministry of parish representatives called to discern and give direction to wise Pastoral Planning for the parish. Pastoral Planning includes setting the mission, goals and objectives for parish community growth and direction. Through prayer, discernment, and active communication, the PPC councilors provide assessment, evaluation and consultation for the pastor. With the pastor, the PPC moves the parish community forward in grace, carrying out the mission of Christ in the Church. In addition, the PPC is responsible to ensure that proper administrative tasks are being performed to maintain and develop the parish assets and resources. The PPC is not responsible for day-to-day administration, but rather for setting policy and assigning committees as required ensuring responsible stewardship of parish assets and resources.

About Portable Document Format (PDF) Files
Throughout this Web site, you'll find that many of our documents are
available as portable document format or PDF files. These files are usually
preceded by a
symbol. Divine Mercy uses the PDF file format because it retains graphics, tables and
other specialized formats that would otherwise be lost if we coded these pages
for the Web.
To view the PDF files, you'll need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader software installed on your computer. This software will let you display, print and navigate the PDF files. Adobe Acrobat Reader is free and relatively easy to download and install. Download from Adobe's Web site at www.adobe.com/prodindex/acrobat/readstep.html or:
