Illuminating Minds, Cultivating Faith

Catholic Identity is the heart of why we have Catholic schools. The schools exist to pass on the faith and model a living faith through the lives of teachers, administrators, parents, and children. If Catholic schools exist only for strong educational programs we are missing what we have been called to do "Making Jesus known and loved to all."

- Archbishop Emeritus of St. Paul and Mpls., Most Reverend Harry J. Flynn, D.D.

Welcome to Divine Mercy Catholic School. As a ministry of Divine Mercy Catholic Church, our mission is to form the whole person - spiritually, socially, culturally, emotionally, and intellectually - guided by Christian values according to Christ's example as found in the Gospel.

OUR VISION FOR YOUR CHILD'S EDUCATION:

Divine Mercy Catholic School will be faithful to the traditions of our Catholic heritage. We will teach children to love one another as Jesus loved us creating peaceful, loving, citizens. Divine Mercy Catholic School will spread the Good news of Jesus Christ educating children in partnership with family, church, and community.

Our school will be an academic leader in all subjects while exposing our students to today’s technology and the importance of the arts. We will weave service learning education into our curriculum helping our students, and our school to be more environmentally responsible. Divine Mercy Catholic School will embrace alumni, connecting to current and past students as well as our surrounding community.

We will give our students greater opportunities to achieve personal success while learning to work within a team environment. Divine Mercy Catholic School will educate students who change the world through Christ.
