2007-08 Memories from our 6th Grade Classes

I am glad my parents sent me to Divine Mercy Catholic School because....

... it was fun and I learned a lot about God. I also enjoyed DMCS becuase the students are well behaved most of the time. The Masses were fun becuase I got to altar serve and everyone sang a lot. I loved every year I spent there, and I am proud to be a sixth grade graduate of DMCS. - Turner Putrah

...One of my favorite things about DMCS is that I was able to learn new things I didn't know about God and Christ Jesus. Not very many schools are able to have that wonderful privilege. I am very thrilled that our teachers try to use the best programs and books, possible. I love our school system! The staff at DMCS is amazing. I love coming to school every day because the staff is like my second family and I can go to them for anything. The dress code is great because it helps keep kids behaved most of the time and when we go on field trips, people look at us in a different way. They think, "Wow! That school looks organized." I enjoy going to the specialists' classes such as computer, music, phy-ed, art, and library because in those classes skills are taught that will help all through life. I did different activities like altar serving and patrolling, and those are fun, too. I miss the school already and I hope the next year's sixth grade will feel the same way. Now I am ready for the challenges that lie ahead. - Frankie McIntyre
