Our
kindergarten curriculum reflects core Minnesota standards through multi-sensory
tasks and hands-on learning experiences. While we focus on developing
essential learning tools for the young student, we also recognize the
importance of play.
DMCS
provides an all-day, every day, kindergarten experience through a
nurturing setting focused around Christ. Students are academically
challenged through them based instruction.
Our
kindergarten learning experience is enriched through classes in music,
art, computer, physical education and library, all taught by specialists.

Helgeson- “Each year I am amazed at the
dramatic growth I see in our students, academically, socially and spiritually.
We are blessed to have a program that provides a strong foundation for
success!" Jill Helgeson has been teaching at Divine Mercy since 2001.
Mrs.
Jolene Ell - “I love teaching
Kindergarten children because they are so eager to learn! Our progam provides each student the opportunity
to learn how to read and write in a loving Christian
atmosphere." Jolene has been with Divine Mercy since 1998.
