Congratulations
to our 6th graders on their graduation!
Tuesday evening we had a wonderful celebration to honor the lives
of our students, their parents and our wonderful faculty for all the
good that has been done. Many
of the students were honored for their outstanding academic performance.
We had 6th graders who maintained a perfect ‘A’
average during their 5th and 6th grade years.
We had students who were honored for their outstanding assistance
with our music and art programs. We
honored our students who have served the safety needs of our school by
participating in the crossing guards program.
We also honored two students who exemplified Christian virtue to
their classmates. To all of
our families and graduates we are proud of you.
We send you on, in the care of the angels to soar to new heights.
You are ready for the next level.
We are grateful for all that you have brought to our school.
We are richer because of your presence here, and in some ways we
are poorer because you are leaving.
To
the Allen, Anderson, Borwege, Forslund, Guerra, Hake, Heselton, Kunze,
Reuvers, Roach, Robinson, Schneider, Splichal, Smith, Wagner and White
families: Thank you for sending your children to Divine Mercy Catholic
School. Many of you have
participated in various ministries and boards throughout your time with
CCS and DMCS. We are
grateful for the years of service you have shared with us.
While your time has concluded with your children at DMCS, we
remember you in our hearts and prayers.
We are blessed by the gift that you have been to our school.
May God reward you one-hundred fold for all that you have given
to our school community.
As
we conclude the 2009-2010 school year, I want to express my overwhelming
gratitude to the many volunteers that we have had throughout the year.
Our staff works diligently to provide the best Catholic education
for your children; our efforts have been bolstered and supported by the
many, many hours given to DMCS by our volunteers.
The strength of our school is in the many wonderful members of
the school community who continue to donate their time, talent and
treasure. Thank you on
behalf of the entire staff. Your
efforts have helped us to make our great school even better.
